Meet Mike
I didn't get into construction with a college degree or a management title. I started the same way many people do—with a tool belt, a willingness to work hard, and a desire to build a better future.
Over the past 40+ years, I've worked my way from the field to foreman, owned and operated construction companies, managed multi-million-dollar commercial projects, served as a Senior Project Manager, and eventually became the Head of Construction for a major commercial glazing contractor.
I've seen construction from every side of the business. I've been the worker trying to move up, the foreman leading crews, the Project Manager responsible for budgets and schedules, the business owner signing paychecks, and the person sitting across the table from owners and General Contractors.
Along the way, I learned something that changed my career. The best Project Managers don't just know construction... they know how to think. They anticipate problems before they happen. They answer questions before they're asked. They communicate with confidence. They earn trust. They protect profit. Those are the skills that separate average Project Managers from the ones everyone wants on their projects.
That's why I created My PM Blueprint. This isn't a course built from textbooks or theory. Every lesson comes from real projects, real mistakes, real conversations, and real solutions I've experienced throughout my career.
