Digital Product Policy
Thank you for purchasing My PM Blueprint.
My PM Blueprint is a digital training course that provides immediate access to course materials after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the course has been provided.
Access Issues
If you experience any problems accessing your course, please contact us at support@mypmblueprint.com. We'll work quickly to resolve any technical issues so you can access your purchase.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the course more than once, contact us within 14 days. We'll review your order and issue a refund for any verified duplicate charges.
Chargebacks
If you have a question or concern about your purchase, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution while the transaction is investigated.
